Made-to-Order items may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or if the item is defective or incorrect.

Returned products must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
