Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled until they have been fulfilled (dispatched).

If your order is cancelled before fulfilment, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Returns 

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery. 

Please return all items carefully folded and securely packaged to help prevent unnecessary creasing or damage during transit.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, clean, and in resalable condition, with all original tags and accessories attached. If an item is returned with excessive creasing, damage, marks, odours, or other signs of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try it on, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any resulting loss in value. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Notes

If the return is requested by the customer for reasons other than damage, defect, or our error, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

However, it is important to note that if you have customized a product according to your specific parameters, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for such items.

How to Start a Return

If your customer account supports self-service returns, simply log in to your account and submit your return request by following the on-screen instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@msmefashion.com
